My background is a BA in Political Science from UC Berkeley, and twenty five years of experience as a professional legal assistant in Northern and Southern California.
I began resisting child & famly services when my son was four, he is now 13. Over the years, I have obtained for him quite a few services, funding, and educational choices the average parent is not aware of.
I can help you navigate through the IEP process, the dependency courts, the family courts, and come up with a plan that will work for you and your child at a fraction of the cost of what an attorney would charge.

I am not a member of the bar. If you need legal representation, retain a lawyer. If you cannot afford a lawyer, normaly the County will appoint one for you free of charge. This does not mean you cannot educate yourself, you can. Education = power. You can also represent yourself.
